Re: Yes, samples are available. For standard products, samples are free of charge, with only the freight cost to be covered by you. For high-value products, you will need to cover both the freight and a portion of the product cost. Once we have established a cooperative relationship over time or if you become a VIP customer, free samples will be provided upon request.
Q2: Which payment methods are available at your company?
Re: We accept T/T, L/C, or Ali trade insurance. Choose the payment method that is most convenient for you.
Q3: How and when can I receive my goods after making a payment?
Re: For small quantity orders, delivery is handled via international couriers such as DHL, FedEx, or ***, or by air. Typically, it takes 3-5 days to receive the goods after they are shipped. For larger quantity orders, sea shipping is more cost-effective. The transit time ranges from several days to weeks, depending on the destination port.
