Re: Yes, samples are available. For standard products, samples are complimentary; you only need to cover the freight cost. For high-value items, you will need to cover both the freight and a portion of the product cost. Once we establish a consistent partnership or if you become a VIP customer, complimentary samples will be provided upon your request.
Q2: Which payment methods are accepted by your company?
Re: We accept T/T, L/C, and Ali Trade Insurance. You can select the payment method that is most convenient for you.
Q3: How and when will I receive my goods after making a payment?
Re: For smaller quantities, products will be shipped via international courier (DHL, FedEx, ***, etc.) or by air, typically arriving within 3-5 days post-dispatch. For larger quantities, sea freight is more cost-effective. The transit time can range from several days to a few weeks, depending on your destination port.
